| Summary, etc. | En este trabajo se realiza un análisis crítico de la recreación físico-deportiva a partir de su concepción y tratamiento del cuerpo. Para ello, se parte de la dimensión subjetiva del ocio y del sentido de la recreación físico-deportiva, así como del significado atribuido al cuerpo en las sociedades postmodernas. De esta manera, el análisis distingue dos concepciones básicas del cuerpo, "el cuerpo como producto" y "el cuerpo como experiencia", que derivan, respectivamente, en dos orientaciones de la recreación físico-deportiva: la utilitaria y la emancipadora. En unos comentarios finales, se cuestiona el posicionamiento de la profesión ante la recreación físicodeportiva como mercado emergente. |
